Building a raised pool

My house is built on a 5' crawlspace and I want to construct a pool at the same level. My house is L shaped and I want to have the pool in the L with decks on two sides and the other two sides open. 16' x 30' rectangular pool with 3' shallow/6' deep . My question is how would the pool be formed. Would you construct it with concrete blocks and then gunite the inside? Build wooden forms and then spray with gunite? Anyone built anything like this before?

The pool can be formed up with 2x4's and plywood and then shot out of the ground. I will post some pictures after I restart my machine .
