Is there a way to only test for CC?

Is there a way (and would it make any sense) to test for CC before testing for FC? My thinking is that if you tested CCs first and they were zero, then you could skip the more expensive FAS/DPD test for FC and just use the OTO chlorine test.

No there isn't any easy way to test for CC without eliminating the FC first.
