pool slide - leak repair

Type of Slide: Interfab X-Stream

Problem: leaking at all 3 joints - 3 slide segments plus the platform at the top of the steps

Clean fix: Replace gaskets at $28 per gasket, total $84

Cheap (temporary?) fix: caulk the joints - this was attempted by the previous owner and the caulking has deteriorated.

Suggestions?

you can try to disassemble the slide and put jacks lube on the gaskets and reassemble them. Other than replacing the gaskets, 100 % silicone might work at the joints.
