Considering SWG for small pool + Spa

I'm putting in a small 4800 gallon fiberglass pool into my backyard. There will also be a a spa put in at the same time. The pool will have an Endless Pool fastlane swim current generator in it.

My question is what SWG would be the best in this situation. I'm a bit concerned about the Fastlane unit, although they say that if the unit is bonded, it's warranty is effective in salt water pools.

Are there concerns with using an SWG for the spa?

Help out a total pool newbie.
