Are you sure the liner is too big? It is a j bead or overlap? Unless it's a doughboy,lomart, or Kyack (which are precut for specific hopper demensions) then I assume it is an overlap If it is an overlap, then you should drain and reset the liner. This will help you get started correctly. Also, most agp's with an expanded liner "will" have wrinkles. We wound up with a few and worked them under our steps.
