Best Salt Test Kit?

I have read that many salt tests have a large range. I may be converting soon to an SWG system.

What is the most accurate salt test kit recommended to buy?

And for another option, the Taylor drop based salt test is one of the better ones. The K-1766. It's available from Tftestkits as well as several places around the web.

Going to have to disagree here. They read very high, and are not that accurate. Quite a few people here have said the same thing.

AquaChek test strips have been absolutely perfect every time I have tried them. I'm on my seventh tube now and cross check each tube with the salt meter in my AutoPilot and the Taylor drop test and they are always spot on. That said, several other people have been having problems, so clearly they are not reliable enough to really depend on them. But I wouldn't say that they read high, because mine never do, but rather that they are not reliable in all situations and may read high or may not.

I would say they read high, since thats my experience, YMMV of course.
