I don't understand what to do on the stabilizing.

If by stabilizing you're talking about the chemical (cyanuric acid) and not structural, then please post where you're located and how you go those test results. 30 to 50 ppm CYA is what's recommended so I'm not seeing a problem. Your FC needs t come up a bit but other than that it looks good.
