Cloudy wter

Been usijng clorox since lst yer. Above ground 17,000 gal. My water is cloudy and I cannot get it clear. It seems to be gaining algae daily. Help!

FC - Free Chlorine
CC - Combined Chlorine
pH -
TA - Total Alkalinity
CH - Calcium Hardness
CYA - Cyanuric Acid (stabilizer)
Borates - (if you are using borates)
