If I drain the pool to have the area re-leveled, what would you suggest I do with the pool? Take it completely apart? Pick it up and move it to the grass? I am guessing it weighs at least 300 lbs.

You are going to need to take it apart to be able to move it safely. Once apart, it should be fairly easy to find somewhere out of the way to put it while you are leveling the ground.
