I am trying to replace the bulb in a Hayward SP0580 light. I got it out and got the bulb replaced, now i cant seem to get the fixture to sit flush in the face rim. The metal ring that wraps around the gasket and lens has a notch. Is it supposed to be off a little so water can get in there to cool the fixture? Is that how it is designed? I dont know, maybe I am just tired and shouldnt have tried this at night. Any help is greatly appreciated....
