Sanding and Painting Fiberglass

I would like to have someone sand all the imperfections and paint my pool an entirely different color. Are these types of contractors tough to find? Are there any national contractors that do this all over the country for a reasonable price? What type of $$ should I expect?

Without seeing the pool's current condition, it's tough to say. Prep work is what takes time. If there are blisters, they have to go. A sand down to the shell is sometimes needed. New gel coats don't last like the original usually. I don't use them. I prefer to use an epoxy based primer and paint.
