    just added CYA to pool when can I go swimming

    Just added 2 gallons of CYA to pool. How long should I wait before going into pool
    24,500 gallon plaster i/g
    sand filter (Hayward S-200)

    How long will it take you to change into a swimsuit? Seriously.

    If you used liquid CYA, I'd go around the pool once with the brush; that will ensure it's well mixed and you'll work up a good sweat, which will make the cool water that much more refreshing.
