what to replace because of a pump leak?

I have a pump leak and I don't know what to replace. Should I start with the kit below?

Once the pump is open, what should I look for?

Air or water leak? Where is the water coming from?

it's a water leak and it's coming from the motor. I wish I could be more specific as to where it's coming from, but this is all new to me.

All items in the Go-Kit should solve it.

Should I lube all the parts before putting them in?

Magic Lube very lightly. A little goes surprising far. You don't want to attract and hold dirt near the gaskets or seal set. Either variety works fine.
