Jack's Magic The Purple Stuff questions

The first question is does Jack's Magic "The Purple Stuff" create any chlorine demand, if so how much per oz delivered in a 10,000 gallon SWG pool?

The second question is when they state maintenance are the referring to weekly or monthly?

Any help would be welcome.

The maintenance dose is weekly, and only approximate. Some pools require more, some less.

There is some minimal chlorine usage, but it is small enough that you can usually ignore it.

Thank you, this stuff just became available locally in Honolulu for the first time that I know of in the last 15 years. Other Jack's stuff has been available but not "The Purple Stuff".
