    Just ordered an inground pool kit!

    It's the 14x28 rectangle polymer pool from RoyalSwimmingPools.com.
    Kit Info;
    Corner Radius 24 inch
    coping HY-Bullnose
    Shallow and Entry 8 white Sit n steps-HY
    Deep End entry 3 Tread Ladder HY
    HY Pump System 1 hp Hayward
    HY Filter System Hayward Sand Filter
    HY Skimmer System a AquaGen-2md
    HY Maintenance Kit Salt Generator
    Step Location Center end
    Pool Depth 3-4 play area to 5'4' deep end
    Liner Tidewater 30 ml 20 year

    I'm having a guy do the digging. I know when he starts, he is going to hit water. I know a sump pump or french drain is needed. Someone on here suggested leaving a pump in.....but how?
    What would you guys recommend for a non exapandable material used for the back-fill?

    Has anyone here worked with this DIY kit before?

    Yeah! I just got my tracking ticket for the pool kit. It should be here on Wednesday! Now I've got to contact the cement and dig guy.
