Bad smell from scuppers

We noticed a bad smell around where the scuppers shoot water out. Is there a way to fix this? It smells like a mix between rotten muddy grass and animal excretion. We don't have any pets! Please help!

Do you flow water through them all the time or only sometimes?

Water flows the entire time the pump runs from 9am to 9pm. It smells really bad.

Is it the water that come out that smells bad or is it the area that smells bad?

What's a scupper, if you don't mind me asking?

Scuppers are the mouth or ledge/shelf (opening) where the water exits from a water feature.

Posting a set of water test results and a pic of your water feature would be helpful.

Here are my test results. Please also let me know if anything is out of balance here. Any guidance would be great! Also, a pic of the scupper as you requested.
FC = 5.0
CC = 0.0
PH = 7.4
TA = 70
CH = 410
CYA = 35
Borate = 50

Fill a spray bottle with about 25% Clorox and water. Shut off pump and spray everywhere. Let it soak for a minute or so....scrubbing would be very help ful.

If that doesn't clear it up after maybe three apllications or so. You'll need to get some clorox back up into the piping behind the scuppers.

I would suspect that a frog, mouse, etc. crawled back in there, died, and is stuck and stinky.
