Back from Vacation low pH from pucks

Just got back from our week-long camping trip and came back to a low pH (not surprised as I used pucks to keep the chlorine up while I was gone). here are my numbers:

FC 3.0
CC 0
pH 7.0
TA 100
CH 110
CYA 25 (working on bringing this up, I am waiting since I am sure the pucks will impact this number)

I have never had to do anything except add bleach before so I thought I would post here before I did what I plan to get feedback. Here is my treatment plan:

1 cup 6% bleach (raise FC to 4.0)
4 cups Borax to raise pH to 7.5

Sound good?

With a TA of 100 I'd aerate to bring the pH up. At 7.0 it's not low enough to hurt anything but it's low enough for aeration to work pretty fast.

I don't have any way of aerating my pool... I just have an Intex and I was not able to angle the return up high enough... I added the Borax and my pH is already up a bit... I will keep an eye on it this week to make sure I did not overdo it.
