Unusual Skimmer Basket Liner

Has anyone ever seen a skimmer basket liner like the picture attached? I really love it and want to replace it, but I can't find a single store that recognizes it and the builder - Anthony and Sylvan - hasn't gotten back to me.

Looks like the homemade ones off Ebay. Not sure about the part where the bar goes across.

That basket is out of a Quikskim skimmer. Do a search for quikskim and you will find places that sell replacement socks for the skimmer.
