How slow is slow after Absorbic

I know you have to bring you CL up slowly after 48 hours when doing the stain treatment. My question is ....how slow? I have a 30,000 gal IG and it's cloudy after the treatment (which worked). I'm ready to start up some CL but I am unsure how quickly to add. The pool is low on stablizer, I plan on bringing it up through the use of pucks/tabs which will take some time. I'll add the CL at night and let it work till sunlight <G>
