    Dead bird in skimmer

Um, okay. I remember finding snakes in my sisters skimmer almost daily when I was growing up. I never find more than a bug or two in mine. Today, I got a surprise...a dead bird.

Do I need to do anything special to the water? Shock? It looks great and my numbers are good.

Might raise your FC up to shock level once but probably don't even need to do that as long as your FC was above min.
