changed the light bulb last night and after turning on realized how many bubbles are coming out of the return jet in the deep end. I know I have some leaks in the lines. If those are fixed will the bubbles stop or is there something else I can do? Does having the bubbles all the time raise the PH? this is a problem I should have fixed, yes? What is the best way to fix the leaks? Can you just seal w/ sealant or do you have to cut and replace the portion of the pipe? thanks

The best way to fix the leaks all depends on where they are and what's causing them. While sealant might work, replacing the offending part is usually the best approach.
