Cloudy Water???

my pool is under a year old, pretty well maintained...swg, chlorine level adn all tests are right in line but i noticed that the water is not cyrstal clear..you can see the bottome, etc but with goggles on and going underwater it just seems a bit cloudy.

Should i shock it?
Should i get some chemical to remove cloudiness?

I shocked it two months ago due to algae, followed up with a copper based algaecide and it was all good, now its slightly cloudy or hazy...

12,200 gallons, swg, 2 skimmers, 2 main drains, pebble tec, jandy pump and de filter....

You might need to shock again. Chlorine is your best friend when it comes to clearing the pool! Cloudiness could indicate that algae is trying to return or not all completely gone yet.

Can you post those test results for us, and let us know how you are testing? Also...stop using the copper based algaecide...you do not want copper in your water.
