We bought a Pentair IC40 w/ a Power Center as recommended by our pool man. We ordered it from swimmingpoolsinc.com as we had an electrician and pool man to install. Elec. did his thing. pool man did his thing. When he plugged it in we had no lights so he said to call the elec. back to check voltage. We did and all was fine. Still no lights until we turned it off then all % and flow lights lit up monmentarily. We called SPI and they said they couldn't help us because it had been installed. Well, how do you tell if it works if you don't install it? She said to call Pentair warranty dept. We did and the girl said get the water tested at a pool store and call them back with the results. We did and according to the pool store it was fine. We called back with the numbers which she said she was going to send to a agent and he would call us back the next business day. A man called within 30 minutes and said he was their agent. He told us to get our elec. back and call him (Charlie) when he was here. We did that and when we called Pentair back they didn't know who Charlie was so we gave the boy our case number and he said someone would call us right back. Our elec. waited an hour and when no one called, we called them. They were closed. We called back when they were open and was told the same thing. Two days later and no calls. Here we are sitting with a $1000 SWG that we can get no one to help with. Anyone have a solution for this?
