I am trying to order some cya reagent from TF testkits and it is not allowing me to order it. When I fill in all of the info and try to checkout it says" This transaction has been declined. #2 ". I know money is not an issue on the card. Is there a minimum purchase amount maybe? I cant figure it out.

I just placed an order for the magnetic stirrer and a scoop and it went through with no issues.

Just another idea for ordering reagent refills. You may look at Amazon. I've buy books and other items from them a few times a year and when I do I usually order some reagent refills. Since I'm ordering other items, the shipping is usually free.
I just tried to place an order as well. It acted like it took it but never acknowledged the order, only went to a blank screen. :?: :?: :?:

Nothing that we are aware of. We have received orders these last 48 hours with no interruption.......last one in the last hour.
We never see the credit card transaction as that takes place between our bank and the customer's credit card company. (Our site is pretty darn secure but the security between the bank and the credit card company is awsome!)
We only see the order after it has been approved and is ready to ship.
