Laars LT - What Gives?

I don't see anything wrong with it - turn on the heat and get nothing. Not failure indicator lights (other than "pool" heat "indicator light" is on). No high/low-temp light, no pressure light, etc... Left pump running for several minutes and still no heat starting up (and no indicator lights). Turned pump off, and still no indicator lights (no pressure light).

What am I missing?

Is the green pool/spa light on ? If not, check power to transformer. Not getting voltage(MV) to heater. Button under thermostats, should have 2. 1 for pool and 1 for spa.
