Open or drain?

Here is my dilemma, I have a mesh cover and with the massive amount of snow and now rain, my pool is full. Should I start the pool now with the weather warming up so fast in the DC area or drain it and wait for the last frost date (I am worried about pipes freezing?), which is April 20?

Go ahead and open, and then if they forecast a cold spell just run the pump during the cold temps. That will prevent it from freezing up.
