Fiberstars Help

I inherited a ~12,000 gal in-ground pool when I bought my house. I have a Fiberstar (model 6004) on my pool that I need to repair.

I have the following question;

If I like to put an 8 color wheel instead of a 4 color wheel, the only thing I need to do is to swap the color wheel (cristals)?

Anybody know where I can buy used parts? or used fiberstars?

While not exactly what you might like to hear, I have found swapping the photon generators with Pentair PG2000s easier. It has a 7 color wheel. The fiber bundle does require a connector change and a hot knife to re-terminate the bundle but the results are brighter nodes in the pool if the fiber is in good shape.

What types of fiber are lit in the pool?

Any idea how many strands there are total?
