When you are about to come post something and then you figure it out all on your own. Maybe it is not a big deal to some, but I was excited when I fixed it.
Actually it was pretty easy. I was needing to let some of my water out of my pool due to it being fool. I turned on the pump and then turned the nozzle to let some of the water out of the pool through the hose that is hooked up. At the nozzle water would leak like crazy and it would take a long time to drain some water out. So I was like this bolt looks loose. So I tightned it up and bam no more leakage and the pool drained rather quickly.
