Hi. We had a in-ground gunite pool installed in Sept. 09 and we still have what our PB calls 'weepers' on the exposed outer gunite shell where the pool is 3 ft out of ground. Some of the weepers are are building up calcium deposits...but still seeping/leaking/weeping onto the shell and the ground. Others are not building up the calcium deposits. Our PB says they are very common and will go away with time...but it has already been 4 months and they are still leaking. Is this common? Should I be concerned about the shell structure and water-tightness? We still owe our last (very small %) payment and don't feel comfortable paying it until this is resolved. Advise Please! : )

Edited to post picture -- this is the leak by the skimmer in the deep end. 5 months and still leaking. What do you think?

Hi there, any chance you can post a Pic of this situtation? (Use Photobucket.com or similar hosting site and then copy and paste the IMG code in your message here. That's the easiest way to upload photos here.)
