Had a bunch of rain before the liner went in and the worms at night would crawl in the pool. Now, with the liner on, do the worms crawl under the liner and into the pool when it rains? If so, any tips to block the worms? Thanks.

Do you mean the cover? Safety covers don't do much to keep worms out. I can't say about standard winter covers. Cold weather will put an end to the worm activity. I usually have a nasty glob of dead worms every spring when I vacuum the first time.
