I purchased an Intex SWG and received it today. We are done swimming for the season and I am just waiting for water temps to get low enough to close down the pool for the season. Should I wait til spring to worry about adding salt and hooking up the SWG? I figure it will be another 3-4 weeks before I close the pool. Thanks.

I would wait, though really you could do it now if you want to. Any winterizing you do now will just mean further adjustments to the chemistry in the spring, regardless of what you do now, so simpler to wait till spring.
