    High PH/low Alkalinity

It seems like every time I empty, clean and refill my spa, it starts out great but no matter what I do I end up with really hight PH (about 8.0) and really low alkalinity (about 30). I am always confused as to what to do to remedy this problem.

You use acid to lower the PH and then Baking Soda to raise up the TA.

Be sure you keep your air lines closed when you're not using the tub.
