    Nothing if you don't drink it

    Drain off and top up with fresh or bomb dive a lot.

    You need to replace water to lower the borate level. High borate levels can potentially be toxic. This doesn't happen right away the moment you go above 80, so it depends on just how high your borate level is. On the other hand, it isn't something you really want to risk, so best to lower the borate level to 80 or lower fairly soon.

    There's more on boron safety/toxicity in this thread. The EPA considers borate levels above 360 ppm to be above the margin of exposure (based on children swallowing a small 2 ml amount per day) and do not allow products that dose above that rate. However, as Jason said it is a toxic chemcial and it's not something you would want to regularly ingest every day. Mostly we tell people that they should train their dogs to not drink from a pool that has borates in it. 50 ppm is the recommended level for most pools and 80 ppm for Baqua/biguanide/PHMB pools.
