Does the bleach "yellow" my stairs?

I've been using the BBB method this whole season and have saved a ton of money! Thank you so much for educating me! I have noticed however, that my stairs seem to look more yellow than they did before I began. Could the bleach be causing this? I was using trichlor before and wondering if that would cause the same yellowing. My chlroine levels fluctuate between 4 and 9 as I add two 182 oz. jugs of bleach every other day. My CYA is about 80 and ph is about 7.6. I live in the Southern U.S. so have lots of intense sunlight this time of year.

No, the bleach isn't yellowing the stairs. It could possibly be iron or the residue from a chemical used in the water. Can you post water test results?

My water is super clear and sparkling.
