Balanced or not or maybe?

Just a little confused on the different way's to see if the water is balanced or not.
My pool readings: 3 fc
7.4 ph
100 ta
360 ch
90 cya
3950 salt

If I go with the "Pool Calculator" it tells me it is at -.33.
If I go with the "Langelier Saturation Index" it tells me it is at 0.
And if I use the wheel that came with the Leslie test kit it tells me it is at 0 also.

Pool is cyrstal clear but has a little scale comming from the swg when it does a cleaning cycle.

Is -.33 close enough to consider the water balanced or am I doing something wrong?

You are fine. You don't need to worry about the saturation index unless it is way off. Lowering TA just a little would be a good idea, both to reduce the scale coming off the SWG and to help stabilize the PH.
