I wouldn't raise CYA on the basis of a single test result that is inconsistent with your previous test results. CYA doesn't usually fall from 80 to "30-50" without massive amounts of water replacement.
Your TA and CH levels are apparently both high, which means you need to be very careful to keep your PH from ever going above 7.8 in order to avoid CH scaling. Longer term you want to get both the TA and CH levels down. Again, this is assuming the testing is correct, which seems doubtful. TA doesn't just jump up by 60 in 3 days.
There are at least two indications that the water testing at this pool store is not consistent. You would do much better to get your own top quality test kit and stop depending on unreliable water testing at the pool store.
