The cc is as high as you'd want it, but a little extra bleach tonight should handle that.
You'll also want to bump the cya up to at least 30 - 20 helps but 30 -50 will reduce your chlorine use
130 is OK for a liner pool but reducing it to ~ 100 would probably help keep the pH from drifting to 7.8 as quickly (7.8 is as high as you want the pH - time for a little acid
)
All in all, your numbers look pretty good
the pool is swimable but 'on the edge' of going out of whack, a couple minor adjustments will put you in a safer zone for the chems - use Jason's calc (in my sig) to determine how much of each chem to add

Since this is a new conversion, it's not unsual to have some CCs.
The TA is high, but only a problem if the PH drifts up. Simply use Muratic Acid to lower the PH down to 7.2. The acid will also lower the TA a bit. Do this every time the PH raises up, and eventually the TA will come into range. Otherwise it's not a problem at all, you'll probably see your PH/TA are pretty steady. Use the Muratic Acid this once and see how long the numbers are stable.
Remember, ignore high PH readings if the FC is above 10.
Has it been a full week since you added the CYA? If so, I'd add more to get you closer to the 50 target.
Make sure as the CYA level increases, so do your FC levels. Never go below the "min" and you'll have a trouble-free pool....

I actually added the CYA on Monday... We are having a 15th Bday party for my youngest on Friday night and I want it to be right by then... Sorry to bug yall, but.....
