Brand New IG Pool Filled, No Pump Installed

Our brand new IG pool with pebble tec poured on Fri. and acid washed on Sat does not even have a pump and filter installed yet. Our builder has let things get a little bit out of order.
We were supposed to have everthing up and running by now, but instead we have had a full pool since 3:00pm Sun. and the water is just sitting stagnant in 95 degree weather and it has rained. We were unable to reach our PB today How long can this water sit with no chemicals and no circulation before the pebble tec is damaged?

Welcome to TFP!

You will get algae fairly quickly but it will take a number of days before there is a risk of the pebble tek being damaged.

Thanks for the reply. I won't get too worried yet then. Hopefully they'll be here first thing in the morning to get this thing going.
