help for coping for fiberglass pool

Hi There, I'm looking for ideas for coping (thinking stone) to match white concrete for around our fiberglass pool. I'm in the Brantford area and willing to travel to different stores to look at ideas....my contractor found a lovely raised white stone with bullnosed edge (both sides), however it is from California and would take 6 weeks to get. Any places I should be looking? Suggestions much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Is this going to be glued on top of the beam of the pool prior to deck being poured or is it a material that you want to set on top of the already poured deck?
