Once you get the pH adjusted give it a few hours to make sure it's stable. Then you can dump in the chlorine and the CYA at the same time.
Adjust the TA before CH unless you have a plaster pool and CH is very low (below 150 ppm) then get enough calcium in there to get it up to about 200 or so, adjust the TA, give it about 48 hours to stabilize, then finish adjusting calcium.
