Order of chemicals

I would....

1. Adjust pH if needed

2. Add appropriate amount of Chlorine....it will be needed

3. Add appropriate amount of CYA.

Adjust Calcium and TA after I had the above three where they belong.....usually a couple of days.

1-3 can be done one right after the other.....no reason to wait. That said, don't do them simultaneously.

Once you get the pH adjusted give it a few hours to make sure it's stable. Then you can dump in the chlorine and the CYA at the same time.
Adjust the TA before CH unless you have a plaster pool and CH is very low (below 150 ppm) then get enough calcium in there to get it up to about 200 or so, adjust the TA, give it about 48 hours to stabilize, then finish adjusting calcium.
