Hello to all. I'm sure glad I found this site it look like a wealth of info. I wish I would have found it when I was putting up my first pool this year. Might of helped the stress level.
I finished the pool about 3 weeks ago. It's an AG 16' by 32' 52" side walls with a 6' deep end buried 18". This week I'm going to pour an exposed aggregate patio and finish all the landscaping. I'll upload a photo when it's all done.Compared to some of the photos I've seen so far, mine don't even compare But the kids love it!!! :-D

Welcome, glad you made it aboard! I think the general consensus here is that cosmetics aren't the most important trait of a pool, it is the enjoyment we receive from them. Our pools are like our kids, they come in many shapes, sizes, and appearances but we love them just the same and we receive from them what we put into them.

I agree it's not the cosmetics, but the amount of fun the family gets from the pool. But there sure is a lot of nice looking pools
