water levels dropping pretty fast

How fast on an average 21 C degree day with overcast skies should the water level drop. We have a liner with a tile pattern and it is very easy to see the water level go down by over an inch in one day. The pool is less than a year old (60,000 litres) I am concerned that maybe there is a leak? I have found the liner at the edges along the bottom seems like it is stretched away from having any solid contact with the corners and feels soft like it could punture easily...is this normal? If it isnt is the pool company responsible to fix it?

Sounds likely that you have a leak, but to be sure you can do a simple test:

Find a container that will sit on the top step of your pool and come up above the surface. Then fill it so that the water level inside the container is the same as the pool level. Watch it for 24 hours. The evaporation rates for both bodies of water will be the same, so if the pool goes down faster you have a leak.
