Tri Sensor Cable

Hi,
My dog had chewed completely through the tri sensor cable on my soft touch unit, I bought a new one and am still receiving 4 flashing lights on the panel under service. The unit wasn't producing clorine at all, that's when I discovered the cable, I also put in 2 bags of salt but the low salt light is also still flashing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The first thing to check is that both ends are securely connected. It might also help to cycle power on the SoftTouch.

I checked the connections and they seem to be correct, I turned the whole system off and back on a few times, when you say cycle power on the soft touch - I'm not sure I understand what you mean I should do. Thanks
