Polaris 280 rides a wheelie

I can't figure out my Polaris. It rides a wheelie, goes in circles, won;t ride level, the hose twists and binds easily. I took it to Leslie's and they gave it a lookover - stated it was fine. I gave the Polaris to my co-worker who took it home and put it on his pool - said it ran fine. ( I did not give him the hose though). None of my floats are water-logged.
Any ideas?

Inspect the head float(big white thingy on cleaner) for water or cracks. Replace if it does. Also inspect your hose swivels. Sounds like they need to be replaced.

Along with checking for a leak in the float there is a jet at the bottom in the back that can be adjusted to fix this along with making it go higher on the walls.

The jet on a 280 should be pointed straight back, dead center.

not that i want to hijack this particular thread... but i just found that my polaris cleaner is doing the same thing as you described. very annoying. did you end up finding a resolution?
