Filter sounds like a spin cycle!

Hello everyone Recently my filter has been making a strange noise. It sounds like a spin cycle that is out of whack. I thought maybe the cart was banging against the side but when I drain the filter and open it up the cart is still standing straight up. I also thought that maybe air or something is in it but no air is coming out of my pressure valve so I'm not sure. Any ideas of what it could be?

Any turbulence, bubbles or air space in the pump strainer basket? Pressure reading normal?

No, no air bubbles or turbulence. The pressure is at 15.
