Leak where frog hooks to heater

Our pools guys installed a frog this year (before I came here and found out that it was bad) and they installed it with PVC connecting to the heater. I have a slow drip coming from that connection, how do I fix it?

Here's a pic, It's right where the elbow joint connects at the heater. I think it's where the gray and white part connect.

Do you have a shut off valve to keep the water from flowing back thru the return? If you can block the flow of water, see if that's a threaded connection at the heater and try to redo it with some teflon tape....otherwise there is a plumbers putty or pool putty-goop type product that can probably be used but may not work as desired...
