    sand level in filter

    Mine is a 300 lb filter. Any way to tell how full it should be??? I watched the deep cleaning videos and his was pretty full. Mine is about half full!!

    If you don't have the manual info available, in generally terms, most filters fall into the area of 1/2 - 2/3 full of sand. Usually not higher than 3/4.
