Gunite Completed but Rebar Exposed - Should I be concerned??

They completed gunite today but shortly after they left it looks like there was some water runoff that exposed rebar in the pool floor. Also, they didn't shape the steel quite right on the spa so some is exposed on the corner. The PM said his tile guys will clip the rebar on the spa corner and seal it before pebble finish is applied and that it will be fine. He just said that they will "handle" the exposed rebar in the floor. Should I be concerned or is this a common occurrence? Anything I should make sure they do when repairing this?
