I'm trying to figure out how to fix this problem. It was just installed a month ago.

This should definitely still be under warranty. I'd call that installer right away or first-thing tomorrow morning and have them secure that light back into its niche.

I agree with Pat, should be a simple fix. But, to put your mind at rest, this will not cause a leak. The light itself is in a sealed assembly, but the area behind it is always flooded with pool water.
